The open-air lanais average 300 square-feet featuring natural stone flooring, a seamless transition from indoor wood flooring to outside stone floor, and my favorite feature of all, the built-in and mechanically vented gas barbeque by Wolf. This is a feature unique to Park Lane, as no other condo in the Ala Moana/Kakaako area features gas grills on the lanais of their residences.
On the back of the project is something very unique to the project called The Park Lane. The Park Lane is a private walkway that connects all seven buildings through an elevated walkway away from the hustle and bustle of Ala Moana Center. It will feature palm trees, sculptures, lotus ponds, decorative stone paving, and so much more. Think of it as an outdoor escape footsteps from your front door.
