Aina Haina, Hawaii, is an unincorporated community in Honolulu County. Its name is Hawaiian for “Hind’s Land.” The community derived its name from Robert Hind, the owner of Hind-Clarke Dairy. Aina Haina is home to two schools: Aina Haina Elementary and Holy Nativity School. Aina Haina Elementary is an International Baccalaureate World School and Holy Nativity is associated with a thrift shop and a church of the same name.
