The Howard Hughes Corporation is kicking the New Year off with a bang – sales will soon start on the first three towers of the developer’s Ward Village project.

The much-anticipated “Waiea” condominium, planned for the parking lot along Ala Moana Boulevard across from Ward Theatres, will take luxury to a new level. The building will include 171 one-, two- and three-bedroom units and 10 villas. Buyers can anticipate unobstructed ocean views, state-of-the-art facilities, and luxurious amenities.

Buyers looking to secure their spot in “Anaha,” another Ward Village tower, will have their pick of 311 one-, two- and three-bedroom units, with 73 townhomes. Located at the northeast corner of Auahi and Kamakee streets at the former Pier 1 Imports location, “Anaha” will also consist of luxury units.

Sales for the “Waiea” and “Anaha” towers are expected to begin early this year for the general public.

A third tower, located at 404 Ward Avenue at the former site of Kanpai Bar and Grill, will be 38 stories high and include 424 affordable units. Sales for the 404 Ward Avenue tower are not yet publically available, however we will be sure to keep you posted when this information becomes available.
