At Park Lane Ala Moana, because of the layout of the project sprawling sideways across 7 acres, there was more freedom to create different floor plans. On a typical condo project you maybe have eight or ten different floor plans depending on how many units you have per floor and those plans don't change much as you go up the building (for structural engineering reasons). At Park Lane because the project isn't very vertical, the developer was allowed more flexibility with floor plans.
